If you want cash in return or a refund, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video upon receiving your order. Please note that complaints will only be addressed if an unboxing video is provided.

For any damaged products or delivery errors, you may request a refund within 3 days from the date of receipt.

However, please fulfill the following terms and conditions:

1. Please send an email to support@ or contact the following number 0852-1092-3990 (WhatsApp Chat Only) no later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. Please include the order number, complete information regarding the product in question, and clear photos and videos of the product received.
3. Products must be in the original purchase condition, unused, unmarked, and undamaged in any way.
4. Products purchased as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned as a set.
5. The cash will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package. Please keep in mind that this is only valid if the products are not as ordered in the invoice or in a broken condition (StarBeauty’s fault).
6. We do not accept returns or refunds for products due to a change of mind or other reasons.
7. Please record the repacking of the returned items.
8. Shipping costs for returning the item/s will be at the customer’s expense.
9. The exchange and return policy does not apply to items that have been marked as Non-exchangeable and Non-returnable.
